
This is one of those really great pies that is rich and delicious. You can add maraschino cherries in with the pineapple if you like; it adds a wonderful flavor.
Heavenly Pie
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C. lemon juice
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 C. chopped pecans
1 C. drained pineapple
2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shells
Combine cream cheese, condensed milk and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in pecans and drained pineapple; pour into pie shells and refrigerate for several hours.
