RECIPE of the Day - 7/07/2007



This is not only delicious, but very refreshing on these hot, summer days. You can use other fruit, if you prefer, like cherries or blackberries.






Peach Freeze

1 1/2 C. heavy cream
3 C. sliced canned peaches, drained
6 T. sugar

Pour the cream into ice cube trays and freeze until solid. Pop the "cream cubes" out of the trays and put them into the blender. Next, add the peaches and sugar and blend on high speed until mixed well.

Pour your peach freeze into serving dishes and serve right away.

Makes 8 servings.
