If you love a really good mocha latte but don't like the price you normally have to pay, this is perfect for you. It is just as good as the latte you get in expensive shops, but you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.
Creamy Mocha Latte
3/4 C. hot water
1/2 C. instant cappuccino mix, any flavor
2 C. milk
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 pt. coffee ice cream, softened
Stir together 3/4 C. hot water and 1/2 C. cappuccino mix in a bowl. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze for 2 hours.
Process half each of milk, sweetened condensed milk, ice cream and cappuccino ice cubes in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape sides. Repeat procedure with remaining half of ingredients and serve immediately.
