RECIPE of the Day - 6/07/2007

This is one of my favorite pasta salads. It has wonderful ingredients that blend together perfectly to give your taste buds a real treat.

Greek Style Pasta Salad

3 C. bow-tie pasta, uncooked
2 C. baby spinach leaves
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1 C. grape tomatoes, halved
3/4 C. canned garbanzo beans, rinsed
1/2 C. sliced greek olives
1/2 C. olive oil vinaigrette dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings.
